DLANC is seeking any interested Center City East / Skid Row Resident (tenant or owner) to fill a vacant seat on our Board of Directors for our Center City East Resident Director seat. This is an opportunity to voice the needs and concerns of your community to city leaders, departments, and other stakeholders in our neighborhood.Â
