The Livability Committee is concerned with all topics pertaining to quality of life in Downtown, including but not limited to public spaces, public safety and emergency preparedness, mobility, beautification, and sustainability. Our goal is to inform and collaborate with City agencies on solutions that address and improve the conditions unique to our dense, urban community.

In compliance with Government Code section 54954.2(a), Neighborhood Council agendas are posted for public review at the Department of Recreation & Parks – Pershing Square Office, 532 S. Olive and at www.dlanc.com. You can also receive our agendas via email by subscribing to L.A. City’s Early Notification System, linked here.
