Add An Agenda to the Calendar

1. From the left menu select Calendar > Events and click the ADD EVENT button

2. General tab, choose Event Name, Category/Committee, and Start | End Time

2a. Name Event (slug is auto)

2b. Select Event Category/Committee

2c. Select Start Time and End Time

3. Location tab, select meeting location from the drop down menu.

4. Add Attachment(s) i.e. pdf of agenda, agenda minutes, etc.

4a. Click Add Attachment button

4b. Upload File(s) from your computer

4c. From Media Library, select file(s) (blue checkbox) to attach, then click Pick Selected button.

5. Click ADD EVENT button again, to Save, then confirm on the website.
