Applicants must provide proof of stakeholder status as a resident, employee, owner, or community organization member.

This is a great opportunity to give back to your community by actively working to improve Downtown LA and voice the needs and concerns of your community by communicating with city leaders, city departments, and other stakeholders in our neighborhood.

 

All applicants must provide documents that show the following:

1. Government Issued Photo Identification & Proof of Age (I.D. or Passport)

2. Document(s) proving the applicant meets specific stakeholder requirements
• Documents must show that you qualify as a stakeholder.
• If you are unable or do not have access to provide or submit the required documentation, please contact us for assistance.
• All documentation must be submitted to be considered during a Board Meeting.

Applicants may be interviewed by the Rules and Selections Committee, which will evaluate all candidates and submit its recommendation to the Board of Directors. The Board retains full discretion to vote for any applicant. The candidate receiving the Board’s approval will be sworn in as a director.”
