The City of Los Angeles will be holding the  Downtown Neighborhood Council elections on Thursday, May 4, 2023.
All twenty-four seats will be in contest. The election will be held by mail-in ballot (VBM) and in-person at LA Central Library. Information on how to become a candidate, how to register for a ballot and how to return your ballot, as well as any other information provided by the City will be found on this page or on the Los Angeles City Clerk website. The elections will be run by the City Clerk’s Office.
