What Is a Park Advisory Board?
The Recreation and Parks Department (RAP) is accepting applications from community volunteers to serve on the Pershing Square Park Advisory Board (PAB).
A PAB works in partnership with Recreation and Parks on programming, park improvements, fundraising for special projects, and community outreach.
Building a Stronger Pershing Square
DLANC, in partnership with RAP and other community stakeholders, has been working with the Mayor and Council District 14 to advance community-oriented activations, park renovations and capital improvements, and address public safety, including the creation of the Pershing Square PAB.
This board will help bring fresh stewardship, activation, and investment to the civic heart of DTLA.

Submit your interest application by September 1, 2026.
Per RAP guidelines, interested community members and stakeholders will submit an interest application, followed by an interview process to select PAB members.
