You and your family will have the opportunity to connect and practice mindfulness techniques.
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness helps you notice your emotions and calm yourself down in stressful situations. Developing habits, like breathing and meditation, can give you the time and emotional space you need to solve problems at home and improve your everyday life.
