1.  618 S. Spring Street – Versus (Entertainment Venue)

2.  656 S. Main Street – Haven (Bar/Lounge)

3.  811 W. 7th Street – Fine Arts Building (Restaurant/Event Space)

4.  800-810 S. Spring Street – National City Tower (2 Restaurants, Cafe/Gourmet Shop & Jazz Club)

5.  501 W. Olympic Boulevard – Yojie Japanese Fondue & Sake Bar (Restaurant/Bar)

6.  1050 S. Grand Avenue – Glass Tower (22-story mixed-use tower w/ 151 residential condominiums)
