MEETING AGENDA

1.      Call to order and roll call.

2.      Public comment – Comments from the public on non-agenda items within the Committees’ subject matter jurisdiction.  Public comments are limited to two (2) minutes per speaker.

3.      Presentation by Molly Rysman (Skid Row Housing Trust) regarding Pershing Hotel project at 500-502 S. Main Street.
Proposed action:  PLUC and AH/SS Committees to recommend that DLANC write a letter of support.

4.      Presentation by Beth Sandor (Common Ground) regarding proposed purchase of Rosslyn Hotel at 114 W. 5^th Street.
Proposed action:  To be determined.

5.      Future agenda items.

6.      Board member comment – Comments from Board members on subject matters within the Committee’s jurisdiction.

7.      Adjournment.
