Six Weeks After Ribbon Cutting, No One Has Moved In
DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES – More than a month after Roosevelt Lofts developer Milbank Real Estate cut a cake in the shape of its 12-story condominium building at a rooftop celebration and ribbon-cutting, the project has yet to begin move-ins.
