Business Leaders Call on Mayor to Create Building Incentives
DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES – In a potential challenge to Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, a group of business leaders, led by the Downtown-based Central City Association, last week announced their recommendations for creating more affordable housing in Los Angeles.
