1. Call to order and roll call.

2. Public comment – Comments from the public on non-agenda items within the Committee’s subject matter jurisdiction. Public comments are limited to two (2) minutes per speaker.

3. Presentation by Terri Dickerhoff (CGR Development) regarding a CUB application for a proposed sushi restaurant at 600 W. 7th Street (ZA-2010-1071-CUB).
Proposed action: PLUC to recommend that DLANC write a letter of support.

4. Presentation by Richard Meruelo (Meruelo-Maddux) regarding a proposed 19 unit condominium project at 411 W. 11th Street/1099 S. Grand Avenue (ENV-2010-438-EAF).
Proposed action: PLUC to recommend that DLANC write a letter of support.

5. Presentation by Sherrie Olson (CCDG) regarding a CUB application for a proposed 7-Eleven market located at 900 S. Broadway Blvd (ZA-2010-928-CUB).
Proposed action: PLUC to recommend that DLANC write a letter of support.

6. Presentation by Brandon Finch (EPG, Inc.) regarding a CUB application for a proposed gourmet wine shop at 460 S. Spring Street (ZA-2010-1567-CUB).
Proposed action: PLUC to recommend that DLANC write a letter of support.

7. Discussion on possible nuisance abatement proceedings for 740 S. Broadway Ave (ENV-2010-1121-CE).
Proposed action: To be determined.

8. Discussion on ZA review of public nuisance abatement conditions for 5th Street Market located at 116 E. 5th Street (DIR-2007-1015-RV-PA1).
Proposed action: To be determined.

9. Discussion on Committee membership and administration for the new fiscal term. Proposed action: To be determined. 10. Discussion of DLANC area projects proposed for No Position:
a. 827 S. Maple – certificate of compliance
b. 257 S. Spring – Mills Act application
c. 253 S. Broadway – Mills Act application
d. 342 S. Broadway – community design overlay district e. 325 S. Los Angeles – zone variance for second hand goods in C4 zone

11. Approval of minutes from prior meeting: June 1, 2010. Proposed action: Past meeting minutes to be approved.

12. Future agenda items. Next meeting July 27.

13. Board member comment – Comments from Board members on subject matters within the Committee’s jurisdiction.
