Proposed action: PLUC to recommend that DLANC write a letter of support.

4. Presentation by Morrie Goldman (Urban Solutions) regarding an existing restaurant at 219 W. 7th Street (ZA-2010-2511-CUB).
Proposed action: PLUC to recommend that DLANC write a letter of support.

5. Presentation by Elizabeth Valerio (Valerio Architects) regarding a proposed restaurant project at 609 W. 7th Street (ZA-2010-2296-CUB).
Proposed action: PLUC to recommend that DLANC write a letter of support.
