3. Presentation by Chris Parker (Pacific Crest Consultants) regarding expansion of Good Samaritan Hospital at 1239 W. Wilshire (ENV-2009-884-EAF).
Proposed action: PLUC to recommend that DLANC write a letter of support.

4. Presentation by Terri Dickerhoff (CGR Development) regarding CUB application for a new sushi restaurant at 600 W. 7th Street.
Proposed action: PLUC to recommend that DLANC write a letter of support.

5. Presentation by Sergio Dovarro regarding CUB renewal for an existing restaurant at 1119 S. Olive Street (ZA-2010-218-CUB-CUX).
Proposed action: To be determined.

6. Presentation by Christina Spitz (Pacific Palisades Residents Assn) regarding cell tower regulation in Los Angeles.

7. Presentation by Hilary Norton (FAST) regarding proposed Downtown transportation plan and related Caltrans grant request.

8. Presentation by Alex Ward (FOLAR) regarding the 6th Street Bridge project final design.

9. Discussion of City Planning Department code amendments due to the upcoming expiration of  the Central Business District Redevelopment Plan.

10. Brief update on Bringing Back Broadway and LA Streetcar projects, including recent letters of support for grant applications and for nomination of Broadway CDO for APA Award.

11. Discussion of DLANC area projects proposed for No Position:

a. 710 W. 8th Street – certificate of compliance

b. 810 S. Flower Street – certificate of compliance

c. 839 W. Wishire – zone variance to add 958sf on 2nd floor atrium

12. Approval of minutes from prior meetings: February 24, 2010. Proposed action: Past meeting minutes to be approved.

13. Future agenda items. Next meeting scheduled for April 19, 2010.

14. Board member comment – Comments from Board members on subject matters within the Committee’s jurisdiction.
