MEETING AGENDA

1. Call to order and roll call.

2. Public comment – Comments from the public on non-agenda items within the Committee’s subject matter jurisdiction. Public comments are limited to two (2) minutes per speaker.

3. Presentation by Mehran (Farid Restaurant) regarding CUB application for beer and wine service for an existing restaurant at 635 S. Broadway (ZA-2009-1069-CUB).
Proposed action: To be determined.

4. Presentation by Dorothy Kwok (Euphoria Design House) regarding CUB application for a new restaurant at 600 E. 6th Street (ZA-2009-3356-CUB).
Proposed action: PLUC to recommend that DLANC write a letter of support.

5. Presentation by Jim Ries (Craig Lawson) regarding CUB application for a new restaurant at 1080 W. Wilshire Blvd (ZA-2010-185-CUB).
Proposed action: PLUC to recommend that DLANC write a letter of support.

6. Presentation by Sergio Dovarro regarding CUB renewal for an existing restaurant at 1119 S. Olive Street (ZA-2010-218-CUB-CUX).
Proposed action: To be determined.

7. Discussion of DLANC area projects proposed for No Position:
a. 728 S. Hill Street – categorical exemption – Historical cultural monument
b. 322 W. 7th Street – categorical exemption – Historical cultural monument
c. 631 S. Hill Street – categorical exemption – Historical cultural monument

8. Approval of minutes from prior meetings: January 19, 2010.
Proposed action: Past meeting minutes to be approved.

9. Future agenda items. Next meeting scheduled for March 23, 2010.

10. Board member comment – Comments from Board members on subject matters within the Committee’s jurisdiction.

11. Adjournment.
